1. Decide on the home you want to Purchase.

2. Through your Jordan Realtors agent make an offer on the home contingent upon a satisfactory Guaranteed Sale from Jordan Realtors Inc. on your present home.

3. After the offer on the new home is accepted, Jordan Realtors Inc. will present you with a guaranteed sale proposal. Once the proposal is accepted by both parties, your current home will be marketed a minimum of 90 days or until the completion of your new home.

4. If your home does not sell during the 90 day marketing period, Jordan Realtors Inc. will buy it for the agreed upon price.

5. Jordan Realtors, Inc. may modify or discontinue this Program at any time.
